These are the terms and conditions that apply to online products and services offered on the Reginayfavors.com primary website, which is in redevelopment, and temporary websites, through multiple WordPress extensions, offered through The Regina Y. Favors Learning Center (“Favors Learning Center”) academic and commercial mediums, and offered through various online, social media, video-sharing, and subscription-based mediums.

These are the terms and conditions for the commercial books, primary website, courses, corresponding websites, and related social media outlets, both gratis and subscription-based (the “Terms of Use”).

These Terms of Use are housed on the Reginayfavors.com primary website (“Primary Site”) and are applicable to Favors Learning Center Courses school on Teachable.com (“School”), and later Canvas (“School”), Additional Sites, Video-Sharing Sites, eCommerce Sites, and Related Sites.

These Terms of Use apply to all social media outlets which represent Regina Y. Favors, Favors Learning Center, and are applicable to audio lessons on Patreon.com and related subscription-based outlets (“Additional Sites”).

These Terms of Use apply to all video sharing outlets which represent Regina Y. Favors, Favors Learning Center products, services, and audio lessons, which include YouTube and related (“Video Sharing Sites”).

These Terms of Use apply to the following primary and secondary books and future books:

Primary Books

Overcoming Setback: Five Keys for Entering & Exiting Correction, collective referred to as “Primary Books.”

Secondary Books

These Terms of Use apply to related books and products that represent workbooks, online worksheets, appendices, and study books, collectively referred to as “Additional Books” or “Secondary Books.”

Future Books

These Terms of Use apply to the future primary book, which is in development: Favors Financial Recovery: Guide to Using Psychology to Overcoming Financial Setback, which is referred to as “Future Book.”

These Terms of Use apply to commercial sites where Regina Y. Favors and/or Favors Learning Center products and services are bought and sold and/or lent such as on Amazon and any and all online bookstores (“eCommerce Sites”).

These Terms of Use apply to future development of Regina Y. Favors and/Favors Learning Center products and services on future commercial, academic, video-sharing, and social media sites (“Related Sites”).

Please read these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use do not override terms of use concerning purchase of products and services on our website or any other social media/website-based outlet. We shall have the right, at any time, and at our sole discretion, to revise the Terms of Use. Revisions and additions shall become effective immediately upon post.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Use. Any access to the course Favors Learning Center Courses on Teachable.com school (https://favors-learning-center-courses.teachable.com), access to materials on Reginayfavors.com websites, audio lessons on Patreon.com/reginayfavors, and access to related sites shall be deemed acceptance of revisions and additions.

This course and all Favors Learning Center courses are not designed or intended for children under 13 years old. If you are under the age of 13 years old, you should use the course with a parent or guardian.

Intellectual Property Ownership and Use

Use of the course, its documents, audios, and all lessons on or off school website are subject to applicable laws. This includes use of all categories of intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights, whether complete or in progress. The school and related sites are hosted in the United States and is intended for users in the United States. By using this course, you are subject to the laws and jurisdictions of the United States.

Trademark

You may not use Favors Learning Center trademarks or trade dress without written permission, whether complete or in progress. Trademarks and trade dress include Favors Learning Center name, logos, graphics, page headers, button icons, scripts, service names, products, services, and programs. Trademark applies to byproduct audio lessons, which include Rebound Relationship Special Topics, Life Talk Topics, Relationship Readiness Series, Social Psychology Topics, Understanding Relationship Failure, Pre-Singles Counseling Coaching Curriculum, Overcoming Setback Series, film analyses, and related.

Copyright

All text, content, photographs, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations that appear on the site, within the course, as part of the audio lesson, on the website, any download document, with the exception of non-course related, non-website content, are owned or licensed by Regina Y. Favors, Favors Learning Center and/or its affiliates and are protected by U.S. and foreign copyright laws.

You may electronically copy and/or print hard copies from Favors Learning Center Courses school, Reginayfavors.com website, and social media posts for non-commercial purposes related to shopping and purchasing products or downloading documents.

Copyright applies to byproduct audio lessons, which include Rebound Relationship Special Topics, Life Talk Topics, Relationship Readiness Series, Social Psychology Topics, Understanding Relationship Failure, Pre-Singles Counseling Coaching Curriculum, Overcoming Setback Series, film analyses, and related.

Any other use is strictly prohibited and requires prior written consent.

Linked Third-Part Sites

You may be able to link through hyperlinking, clickable images, words, banners, and widgets from the Favors Learning Center Courses on Teachable.com, from the Reginayfavors.com website, from Patreon.com/reginayfavors website, and from related social media outlets and Related Sites.

Linked sites are not operated or controlled by our sites (“Linked Sites”). You agree that we have no responsibility for information, content, advertising, products, or other materials not wholly owned by Regina Y. Favors or Favors Learning Center.

Access to linked sites does not constitute endorsement, approval, or sponsorship. We disclaim any and all responsibility for viruses or malicious code that shall appear on Linked Sites or accuracy or inaccuracies. If you rely on Linked Sites, you do so at your own risk.

Non-Confidential Information

We are not responsible for confidential or propriety information you send us through our website or any other outlet. Information you send to us will be considered non-confidential.

Non-confidential information may include ideas, suggestions, materials, and/or comments. By submitting through our “School,” “Additional Sites,” “Video Sharing Site,” “eCommerce Sites,” “Related Sites,” and any other site later developed, you are giving us the absolute right to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display, and distribute for whatever reason and in whatever way we deem fit, with no payment or compensation to you.

Orders

You may order our products, enroll in our course, purchase any other product or service at the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to pay in full the prices for your purchases. Purchases will include applicable taxes. Products and services may be subject to additional terms and conditions at purchase or download.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, accept or decline all or part of your order as well as future orders. If we cancel an order or make a change to your order, we will attempt to notify you by email and/or billing address or phone number.

You may not purchase our products for resale purposes. With your purchase, we may share information about you and your transaction with other entities and for various purposes (without limitation) to process transactions, collect unpaid debts, operate fraud prevention program, and to obtain credit card information.

Products listed on any and all sites are not guaranteed to be available as products may not be in stock, or low stock. Prices displayed are in USD and are valid and effective in the U.S.

Orders will be shipped to designated addresses by the purchaser provided the shipping address is compliant with restrictions contained on Reginayfavors.com and Amazon.com. Purchases from all sites are made pursuant to the terms and conditions found on the sites. Risk of loss pass to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Filing of claims can be made by using the “Contact” tab on the primary site and temporary sites.

Registration

Use of certain features on “School,” “Additional Sites,” “Video Sharing Site,” “eCommerce Sites,” “Related Sites,” and any other site considered later, may require creating an account (“Account”) and creating a username and password to access the account. Collection and use of information are set out in the Privacy Policy. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current and complete information.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account and agree not to sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and restricting any and all access to your computer to ensure that no one access password-protected portions of the site and your Account.

Prohibited Uses

The website and any and all related entities, sites, schools, and additional sites may only be used for lawful purposes and is available for personal, non-commercial use. This means that you can only view the website and any and all related entities, sites, schools, and additional sites, purchase products, and download documents restricted for downloading.

You are restricted from posting incomplete/inaccurate information, engage in conduct that might constitute criminal offense that specifically gives rise to civil liability, violation of city, state, national, international law or regulation that fails to comply with accepted Internet protocol, communicate or transmit or post anything that infringes on any intellectual property, attempt to interfere with a website or any related network, communicate, transmit, or post material that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Miscellaneous
